Has a recipient not received the email from France Transfert ?
When you send a package using the “email” function, France Transfert sends two emails to each recipient:
An email with a specific download link for each recipient,
An email with the package download password (identical for each recipient, and also sent to the sender by email).
If one of your recipients did not receive one or both of these emails, you can use the package administration page to resend them by clicking on the “envelope” icon for the recipient concerned.
