What happens to my package after the validity period expires ?
Once the validity period has expired (by default, 30 days after sending):
If the package has not been downloaded by at least one addressee, the sender receives an email indicating that the addressees have not downloaded the package
The package files are automatically deleted and the download links sent to addressees (or the public download link) will no longer work
The package is “archived”:
It remains accessible via “My Account” / “My packages” (login required) and enables the sender to retain access to package information (addressee list, number of downloads, names of package files);
It will be permanently deleted from France Transfert 12 months after creation (date of archive expiry)
