What should I do if an “Access denied – UBIKA Cloud Protector” page appears ?
The Ministry of Culture has set up a Web Application Firewall (WAF) to protect France Transfert from certain attacks over the Internet.This security system should be invisible for users of France Transfert in normal use. However, the WAF may wrongly detect a threat during legitimate use, in which case an “Access denied – UBIKA Cloud Protector” page should appear.In this case, you should:
Copy the information displayed under “Additional information”.
Click on the blue “Request access” button. This will send a notification to the France Transfert technical team with technical information on the blockage.
Return to France Transfert and use the “Contact us” page to send a message to the support team, providing the “Additional information” copied earlier. This will enable the France Transfert technical team to contact you via the email address given in the contact form to identify why your access was blocked and take extra WAF configuration steps to avoid repetition of the problem.
